great location, good communication for check-in directions. Uncomfortable pillows, I normally bring my own, but forgot.

My apologies that you weren't able to pick a pillow to your liking in your room, we do try to accommodate everyone's likes by having different pillow styles and options in each room. I too take my own pillow when staying at motels because I do struggle to find 'mine' :)

I loved this property. Amazing price for the location. I loved the contactless after hours easy entry and numbered carpark right outside the door. The room was renovated, exactly as the photos show. Very well designed and had everything you need. Large TV with Netflix, microwave, cutlery and plates. Very clean room and bathroom. Nice large shower with lots of water pressure. Definitely recommend and I will stay again.

Thanks Peter, in the future we hope to release one of our larger rooms to travellers with pets, unfortunately it is only the queen room that we currently have. It does have it's own private and fenced in yard with direct room access giving a bit more room. So glad your furry friend enjoyed his holiday :)

Room was small didn't like up and down the stairs to our room couldnt work out the heating. But bed was comfortable

Our caretaker lives on site and is available to help guests if they have any issues while here and would have definitely helped you with the heating had they known about it. I only stayed for a night and it was self check in which was easy. I did need to ask the proprietor about UBER to Sorrento as it was the Writers Festival which I was attending and the Anzac weekend so a busy time. She offered that if I was stuck for a lift home they would help me out! Amazing and kind. Fortunately didn’t need to ask.
