My favourite place to stay in Melbourne, but there are definitely good and bad rooms. Room 102 is a dud. Big ol’ rattley air conditioner outside the window providing freight train level nighttime wake-up calls.
Servicd a little bit hit and miss. Enthusiasm levels waning.

The room was very small and noisy with fans.
No opening windows
I would stay again but have larger room in better position
