Great hotel, rooms not quite as modern but clean and adequate.
Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Booked premier room expecting it to be upmarket but decor / finish was dated needing refresh. Shower had good pressure. Only 2 pillows on. Bed with two staying and only one spare in closet with no pillowslip. Stayed several nights and room was never cleaned - had to ask for clean towels.

Tv only had free to air and not streaming or smart tv options. Staff werent helpful on the issue

We stayed here to be close to MSAC, therefore the hotel was convenient.
Facilities were good, nothing brand new or fancy, but everything was in working condition.

Nice stay

Good location with meals available
Had issue with parking where ticket didn't get authorisation at reception and had to wait 10 minutes for attendance in carpark.
I really think this hotel being out of the city should have free parking included.
Was very surprised it was $22 extra.
