Nice property with potential for much better. Room tiny with no closet and inadequate bathroom and tea making spaces. Room not cleaned and serviced properly over 5 days. Breakfast buffet a sad affair and stale bread one morning. Hot Brekky ok but little choice. Breakfast staff unhelpful and clearly don’t want to be there. Overall disappointing and issues that have been pointed out before but ignored when looking at previous reviews. Not up to intercontinental or 5 star standards. Reception team very good but it doesn’t make up for the inadequacies of the rest.

Beautiful hotel with a very European vibe. Pool was ideal to lounge by. Unfortunately most of the restaurants on site arent open during the week so dining options were limited.

Incredible! Everything was beyond my expectations and more. Absolutely loved the hotel decor and so different to other 5 star hotels that focus on a cookie cutter look. Everything was just incredible, the staff so attentive and warm snd inviting. The food, service, the room all 5*. Can’t wait to come back.

Located right in town so very accessible to everything. For the price paid however, did not find this good value. Nothing about the room was overly special. Room service finished at 9pm. The balcony was very dirty and needed a clean. Personal preference, but pillows were very uncomfortable. Buffet breakfast was very good.
