The room was very basic and old. It was clean at least which was something. Not a big issue but rooms are not maintained over the weekend so we had to use the same towels etc. It might be a good idea to give each room extra towels if that is the case. Yes there was a laundry I believe you could use but didn’t have time to do that. Overall the room was fine and served the purpose of somewhere clean and in a great location for what we required, it’s just old and for the cost each night I would expect a little more

Good location but needs an upgrade of the applian.
Location is good but the apartment is a bit tired. One of The head light was out of order. The floor of the bathroom is elevated, thought was weird. Can’t find a button to turn on the ventilation fan when shower n causing all wall very moist n wet. There’s no place you can put your clothes on n I have to use one of the chairs n place it outside of the bathroom. The bench in the bathroom has very little space to put things. It is very inconvenient! The microwave ( rusty rim) is old n is a dial type but not digital type so always easily over heated the food. Apart from that, room is in good size n bed is comfortable!

Needs updating in some areas although having stayed several times we can see improvements. Barest provisions so take milk, snacks, wine etc for yourself. Could be slightly more generous with towels too. Shower lovely! Be aware rooms have a step up to the bathroom area. Bed very clean and comfortable , lovely blanket provided on beds much appreciated last night with the cold weather.

In need of refurbishment!
4* hotel? 3 at most. It is tired & in need of refurbishment. Our suite overlooked a dirty back alley with only the grubby walls opposite to look out on. One night the down & outs congregated in the alley until 4am causing a nuisance. It is not a hotel with the usual hotel facilities they are serviced apartments (serviced every 3rd day & we only stayed 3 nights…..though we were provided with extra towels) On the plus side the suite was spacious, the linen was clean, the staff were friendly & helpful, & the ‘hotel’ is conveniently located in the CBD.

Perfect location for a night out at the theatre.
This property is fantastically located at the Paris end of Collins, in close proximity to the theatre precinct. The apartment was clean and well sized and perfect for our short stay. The reception hours and options for discounted parking were ideal for us. We will be visiting there again.

Bedroom had the smell of old cooking oil and deep fried meat presumably from a restaurant that was open from the afternoon until evening. Very noisy until after midnight. Hot water for sink and shower takes about 5 minutes to come through. Somewhat dated and in need of an upgrade. Convenient location and decent price. Good customer service, easy check in.
