My one week stay at this hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly, always there to lend a helping hand. Room size is good, and everything in the room works perfectly. There is also a welcome sweet treat in my room when I walked in. I feel safe because of the door card entry, to elevators, and to room.
For the full Mall experience, I took the Tourism Shuttle from CBD(Russell / Flinder Street) to Chadstone Mall with return one week after. The Chadstone Mall is huge.
The hotel is only a 3 minute undercover walk from the mall. It provided a close-to sleep-in mall experience. Imagine that everyday waking up, just to spend time in a mall, no extra travel time is needed.
For all the Mall lovers, I would greatly recommend.

I simply cannot offer more than a one star even though the hotel itself probably deserves it. I had a wake up call at 3.30am that I didn't request which actually ruined my entire night as the shock when not expecting this really wakes you up. The explanation I was given was mistakes happen and I should understand this owning a business myself, the compensation was a 4pm checkout should I decide to stay again. When I explained that a 4pm checkout offered not value to me as a corporate traveller, no further compensation was offered only the personal assurance that I would be well looked after if I stayed again. This is simply not good enough for a hotel of this calibre, I cannot accept that a simple mistake was made and furthermore, cannot accept that they are willing to offer nothing to compensate me for this grave error to secure my future business and to prevent a 1 star review. Unfortunately I will not stay at this hotel again as should anything go wrong they will simple say "sorry" mistakes happen.

Fabulous staycation for myself and a friend and our 9 year olds, while we enjoyed all Chadstone has to offer for both kids activities and shopping for the mums.
They LOVED the drink on arrival. High standard of service, rooms were lovely. Breakfast buffet was a highlight. 10/10 will stay again.

Really liked the pool and spa area. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The free drinks at reception were a nice touch too. Would definitely go back.
