This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it is a very good find. The staff all seem very happy and eager to please. They are friendly, confident and knowledgable about the property. The restaurant has great food - I would encourage the hotel to take a consider adding a couple of more people to the wait staff. The poor employee was doing her best (with a great attitude) but she was the ONLY person waiting tables and it was busy. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great too. I will always stay at this hotel when in Melbourne.

Great spot and clean room. Facilities are clearly getting old, and rooms needing some cosmetic repair and updates.

Very nice room for my overnight stay. Parking and transportation to the airport made it stress free. Staff were pleasant and very helpful!

I was only there to sleep. My mother was in ICU and I spent my time with her.
I only had a 1 day issue with housekeeping and lack of towels during my 8 day stay. If not for that I would’ve ranked it 5 stars throughout. I highly recommend!!!!!
