This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it is a very good find. The staff all seem very happy and eager to please. They are friendly, confident and knowledgable about the property. The restaurant has great food - I would encourage the hotel to take a consider adding a couple of more people to the wait staff. The poor employee was doing her best (with a great attitude) but she was the ONLY person waiting tables and it was busy. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great too. I will always stay at this hotel when in Melbourne.

I was only there to sleep. My mother was in ICU and I spent my time with her. I only had a 1 day issue with housekeeping and lack of towels during my 8 day stay. If not for that I would’ve ranked it 5 stars throughout. I highly recommend!!!!!

The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and spacy. The parking area is great. The view of rockets being launched from Nasa is a great plus. What I found really disappoint was the bathroom and toilet of the room. First of all, taking a shower in a tub is uncomfortable. But the system to control water flow and temperature of the water for the shower is simply dysfunctional. The toilet also doesn´t work properly requring many flushes to clean up.

The elevators weren't clean, also once I get off the elevator I'm met with a very unpleasant scent. I also noticed, when I got to my room there was a black substance on one of the towels, the shower was dirty, and the bedding. They replaced it right away, but I don't understand why they would say that the room was ready and it wasn't.
