Disgusting and dirty! Old needs an update!
Bathroom dirty, unable to open windows! Aircon was filthy!
No iron or ironing board! Dirty saucepans in drawers.
Wifi didn’t work tv didn’t work!

The online photos misrepresent the age and condition of the property, which is quite old and poorly maintained.
The amenities and cleanliness are average, and the rate charged is to far too expensive for this standard of accommodation

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower didn’t work, and the entire room was covered in mold. The smell was unbearable, like someone had been living there for weeks without any cleaning. I had to go out and buy room spray just to mask the stench enough to get through the night. Cobwebs in the corners, grime on every surface—this place was filthy beyond belief. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here.
For what they charge, this is highway robbery. This place is subpar, disgusting, and completely misrepresented online. I later found a review mentioning the same issues, and that a staff member admitted the government had been paying them to house the homeless, which explained the awful stench. Apparently, they ‘can’t afford’ proper cleaning, but they still charge absurd rates like it’s a 4-star hotel! The photos online are seriously outdated and should be removed immediately—they don’t reflect the reality of this dump.
I’ve stayed in hotels in third-world countries that were cleaner and better maintained than this. Save yourself the nightmare and look elsewhere.

The apartment was large, but definitely needed some work. Windows frames and blinds were black with mould, walls dirty, cobwebs, fridge noisy, oven temp and settings worn off. Oddly, there were more irons than water glasses. Beds and kitchen were clean.

The shower head didn't work. Only a small drip of water came out when taps were turned on full. I left and booked elsewhere. Also, the place wasn't clean. Cobwebs, dirty carpets. Reception was stated as open until 8pm but I went at 6pm and it was closed.

The room was dusty and mouldy, there was grime on the surfaces and the couches were soiled. I left within about 30 mins of checking in.
