The room was good apart from the mold on the roof in the bathroom and the bathroom door does not close properly nor lock.

Airconditioning was necessary to keep room ventilated but even though could adjust temp so was not too cold, the fan was strong and created draughts round room, and it was very noisy... so dilemma of stuffy/ warm vs cool/noisy... so either way sleep was not great.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was just right for the conference i was attending was nearby. Its also close to the Southern Cross station so when i wanted to go out if Melbourne it was easy.. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good twin room facing the back Convenient to the Southern Cross station which was suitable for catching my morning train to Sydney. Great value for money.

I feel the front needs an upgrade vary plain to look at other than that great stay well worth the price.
