Pool area men’s bathroom is looking a bit tied. Grand floor our bedroom was looking like it could do with a freshen up. James team leader and staff on the club floor were amazing.

It was a very disappointing experience. The soundproofing was very poor. I could hear people in the next room going to the toilet, taking a shower, or watching TV. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the cushions and sofa were not clean.

The breakfast buffet was great.
Azaria was amazing serving us and taking care of us everyday especially playing with my 16 months old daughter.
However, one thing I would like to add or perhaps for the hotel to address is have facilities to wash baby bottles.
I’ve had to call room service and plead every single time to get the bottles washed up.
I’ve never had issues at crown or 4 seasons but sad to say getting this done here was a total disappointment.
Other than that everything else was good!

Beautiful place with great views and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. The only thing that wasn’t great was the pillows because they were too soft and fold in on themselves when you laid on them. But that’s an easy fix so that’s why I’d give this place 5 stars.

Late check in was extremely difficult with no information of how to enter the building. No 24 hour room service. Some staff quite rude. Thin walls of interconnected rooms - could hear the couple next door late at night. For 5 stars, we did expect a bit better service and information.
