Stayed at CLA Hawthorn with my kid, and everything was just great. Staff was friendly and very accomodating to our requests. Special thanks to Jacob on reception who helped us with a few things in best possible way.

Parking are kinda tight but plenty of parks, has elevator to access the lobby, key card didnt work at first at the room but was quickly fixed, front desk opened till 9pm i think so did accomodate our late check in. Room was pretty decent with plenty of space. Quiet rooms and views out the window is not restricted. Bed are soft and floors are clean. Lobby has a coffee machine if you are up for some free coffees. Great stay and would recommend

Great and convenient place to stay. One exception, the bed had obviously been there too long as there was no support and needs to be replaced. parking is a bit pricey as well.
However having said that i would stay again, just not in the same room.
