The property was dated, the photos looked much better than what we saw in person. The location is good, walking distance to the CBD and markets.

The Arrow is what is promoted as, Budget, situated just outside the free tram zone, but very walkable to all parts of Melbourne. This is the second we have stayed here, so pretty good value for money. Near the University and Chinese quarter so many place to eat.

Nothing redeeming about this hotel. Slow check in, terrible smell in the corridors, small bathroom, television on top of fridge, etc. The worst part is the hotel uses fake photos to mislead their customers.
