We were impressed with the front-desk staff by the name Carmen, who displayed commitment in helping us to check room availability when we arrived rather early in the day. She was empathetic and concerned at all times whenever we approached the counter with questions. We are also grateful to the cleaning staff, a young Asian lad who carried out a great job. The check-out staff (not Carmen), however, did not appear to be aware of the the $100 deposit to be returned to us, therefore training is needed on this point to all staff.

Late check in was a bit of a nightmare especially after a long flight. Staffing in the hotel seemed quite minimal. There was no breakfast on offer but there are plenty of food outlets nearby. The room was fine for one but would be a bit cramped for two

Great management and team. I enjoyed my stay, the hospitality was kind and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and clean, bed very comfortable. Hotel room had a microwave and toaster. Windows were double glazed which made the room peaceful. On ground floor there was a cosy, warm lounge area with library of books plus coffee/tea/hot choc making facilities which were provided with compliments. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. I plan on staying again.

A quiet hôtel close to the Southern Cross Station and the airport busses. Free tram to the city on front of hotel - approximately one kilometre to CBD. Breakfast option is pretty limited but not expensive. Quiet and convenient are the key words.
