Receptionist conveyed all necessary information to me which were easily understood and implemented. He was very friendly, polite and efficient. Free continuous wifi much appreciated.

We like the close proximity to the hospital, the price and parking arrangements. We didn't like the smoke alarm hanging out of the ceiling, broken toilet roll holder, the dirty cups in the dish washer, no body wash in shower, broken conditioner dispenser and no plugs for sinks and towel rack ready to fall off the wall

Great location, only a 12 min walk to Brunswick Street. Parking was fine, aside from idiots parking and blocking the 'out' entrance of the parking spaces. Had to ask for replacement top sheet, as had some type of 'yellow stain' on it?? Doona cover under it was also stained, but the new top sheet replaced by the helpful front desk person helped. Ironing board cover very loose and needs replacing, as kept falling off the metal board. Aside from those little things, a nice place to stay.

The room was very dirty. Dishes in the cupboard had to be washed before use. Food residue in the fridge. Pile of smelly wet towels in the bedroom cupboard! All manner of items left behind in the bedside drawers.

Only complaint I have was my fridge wasn’t working. Other than that everything was clean and receptionist was friendly

The property was dirty and it had a smell that was no good.
