The room I had was really not that clean. All around the edge of the bath had mould in the chalking. The carpet was old and stained in a few places. The kettle had handprints all over it and looked filthy. Limited parking and not one word from the staff about where to park etc,. There was noisy people yelling out from the balcony near me. Not great. Didn’t think it was good value won’t stay there again

Great location and excellent staff. Building and rooms could do with a spruce up.

Spacious apartment. Good bed. Good bathroom. BUT towels were awful. One towel was stained. The other towel was thin, hard and scratchy. No hot water at kitchen sink. Disappointing.

This property is well located, and considering it's location is fairly quiet. It's very close to all the hospitals within Richmond and East Melbourne. Definitely recommend staying here

It was close (walking distance) to MCG. Bathroom tiny. Toilet squashed in. Bed small.
