This was the best place to stay in Melbourne. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful and friendly and efficient. Public transport conveniently close. Lovely historical building.

This hotel is excellent for a family stay.
Convenient location to shopping mall and all the tourist highlights.
Excellent services and delicious breakfast.
Please be careful about the washing machine. If you wash your dark-colored clothing first, it may give you the next load of grey color.

Buffet breakfast had a small-ish selection of hot food and bakery items but were all really delicious. King bed was sooo comfortable.

Thanks to the genuine, courteous and helpful staff. Enjoyed the happy hour, breakfast and nibbles. Details like choice of music depending on time of day and repository for keys when leaving early in the morning made the stay stress free.
