Originally I was in a room with 2 small beds but it was rectified and overall it was a positive experience once my room was changed. It was close to groceries and restaurants so that was good.

The kitchen facilities, pool & gym were brilliant. & location in the city was perfect for my interests.

The hotel is in a great location. The carpets were poorly cleaned and maintained. There were 2 lifts that were not operational. 1 lift that was functional broke with passengers stuck inside. The one cleaner was oversubscribed and could not clean all of the rooms daily.

Very average hotel, rooms not serviced daily. Hotel staff were nice though.
