Staff were very accommodating and professional. Hotel is close to Albert Park Lake and the Shrine with easy access to Melbourne's CBD. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne.

The hotel implemented stringent controls with entry and check in which was very pleasing in this current situation with COVID19

I booked the room for my mother . We live in a rural area and don’t go to the city often however Mum has to as my sister was in hospital. The hotel looked after Mum and went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and able to find her way to the shops etc, I highly recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable and the staff are very caring and have great customer service.

Carpark was a terrible, card illegally parked and limited access. Staff knew but did nothing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a central location to the summit we were attending. Food was good and the bed comfortable

Nice to have a restaurant on site, however menu needs some improvement Rooms are spacious but a little tired & in need of an upgrade Foyer has many cracked floors & walls
