I enjoy the close access to the airport and I really enjoyed the bar and restaurant the food was great. I have stayed here before twice in larger rooms and definitely noticed this room wasn’t as clean as usual there was lots of dust on the bench beside the coffee machine. I also couldn’t reduce the temperature of my room which I found too hot and would have really liked having a top sheet on the bed so I could have removed the duvet to sleep as Melbourne had a VERY hot day that day. Though the beds as always were very comfortable otherwise.
The check in staff were lovely and I always find it an easy check in/out

Great stay close to the airport. Comfy bed and good facilities (iron, mini bar, hairdryer). Would recommend if stopping over for a night

It will be better when the works and access are completed. Also a crying baby through the wall with an extremely early departure.

Car parking issues. Bad communication regarding car parking area. If u missed to ask questions about car parking u have to pay end of your check out. So, make sure tell recaption about ur car rego so u can get a free parking

A good quality hotel very convenient to the airport. It made the trip so much more comfortable with quality amenities and rooms.
