There is need to improve the public toilets on the ground floor and room service staff also needs to step up to international level service as would be expected from an internationally recognized brand hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Double Tree in November 2024. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Kids enjoyed a kids club with crab hunting, boat making, shell painting and other activities. Swimming pool with a swim-in bar was a hit! Long open hours allowed us to swim there multiple times during a day. Lots of free activities offered on site, basket weaving, coconut tree climbing, wood carving, evening shows and many more. Restaurants were really good, seafood and meat buffets were so amazing!...

"We had the best time at Castaway. The people who work there are genuinely such lovely people who brought so much fun and joy to every experience. It’s a small property and that enables the ability to either lean into the community vibe or just have a quiet and relaxed holiday. My kids (8&12) were never lonely or bored with all the water sports and activities.
