"It wasn't possible to have some ice cubes. They were saying they didn't have any? That's the first hotel i have been to, where they don't (won't) give me ice cubes. In that case they should put the free water in the fridge instead of putting it on the table so it gets varm. Last thing was the juice at breakfast.
