No Air conditioning in room so had to have window open which let in noise and smells as work was being done and a bar was open at night

The hotel and staff are very attentive. They really go the extra mile. We loved it.
The downside was the church bells. While the first time was lovely, but from 5 am and on every 30 min, it was impossible to have a lie in.
I don’t know if this was due to the June 24th festival. I would inquire as well as bring some earplugs.
