"I had a great stay at this hotel in Rome. The service and room cleanliness were excellent, which made my stay very comfortable. One of the most important things for me is clean towels, and they were spotless every day. "We had a lovely week at the Hard Rock Hotel and thought the hotel was absolutely lovely. At check-in we were served quickly, given an upgraded room and as we had missed dinner that evening (flight delay), they sent up some charcuterie and bread to our room which was much appreciated. "I actually had an issue trying to get a hold of Expedia to move up my reservation by one day. I literally had to chat online with 3 different agents. They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue.
