"The room was large, bright, and clean. Great location just across the street from the medina and 10-15 minute walk to the Kasbah, Hassam Tower, Rabat-Ville train station. When the wifi did not work in my initial room, the guy at the front desk immediately offered to change my room and the wifi worked perfectly in the new room all throughout my four day stay. "Just got back from here. We got a 2 room apartment across from the main building. It had a fully equipped kitchen (that we didn't use) too. The staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was quiet, quaint and quirky and suited us fine but don't expect the same type of rooms as new build 4 star. Think this was built in 1815 and the apartment reflects this in style. Breakfast was basic but good. Generally we felt very safe in Rabat, the street vendors didn't harass us and the people were extremely friendly. A little bit of French language helps. We would return"
