"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. We traveled with a small child in a travel crib and both mornings upon wakening we noticed she had been bit overnight on her arms and face- even when we slept with the windows closed! The room had a fridge and a kettle, but no cups, teaspoons, tea or coffee. I know that in Germany, the rooms often only have water, but it seemed strange having a kettle with no other accourtements."

"We had an amazing time at this great hotel. Excellent facilities and super helpful, friendly services. The best is the peaceful environment with the historic castle, friendly community and beautiful church next door. "
"Ein schönes Hotel, bestehend aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Häusern. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Thermen-Welt, die durch einen Poolbereich auf dem Dach abgerundet wird. Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich.
Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig.
Alles in allem trotzdem ein angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt."

Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und hatte Extras, mit denen wir nicht unbedingt gerechnet hatten. Von der Regendusche über das tolle Bett bis zum Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank etc. im Zimmer hat alles dazu beigetragen, dass der sehr angenehme Aufenthalt noch angenehmer wurde.
Lediglich würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite wünschen, da man bei geöffneten Fenster nachts jedes Wort hört, das die rauchenden Gäste im Eingangsbereich sprechen. "
