Building structures is compromised and Not safe. Unprofessional front desk employees (most of the time watching cell phones). Room’s conditions poorly finished. When rained my room got flooded from ceiling ( a lot) in the kitchen, entrance and air conditioning wall. High risk of catastrophic situation. We had six rooms/eighteen people, and the property hasn’t sent any response to my complain. Don’t stay here! One room has no door for the shower, another room has a water pipe broken. Total disaster.

Poblado visit
Posted 6 Jul 2024 on HotelsFirst off, location was amazing. That being said you are in the heart of poblado which makes it almost impossible to get any sleep with all the noise and the party animals.
Second issue was the rooms, booked 2 identical rooms and one of them was not available. Ended up setting for a much smaller room without a balcony and right next to the top terrace where you can hear plenty of people arguing and such.
This place is better suited for those looking to enjoy the nightlife and have it just a few feet away.
