Our unit needs a new shower. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Nuestro edificio tiene recepcion 24 horas, la reserva la hicieron en ultimo minuto y el apartamento que elijieron no les gusto porque era el mas pequeño y economico, pero nuestro personal trato de ayudarlos en todo momento.Esperamos poderlos recibir en una proxima oportunidad y que se sientan a gusto con el apartamento, ya que tenemos opciones mas grandes y remodelados.

Absolutely awful experience at this property! Here's a list of reasons why I don't recommend anyone stay here"
- they only take cash as payment (in full on arrival), and also require a cash deposit in order for you to check in.
- there is a nightclub right next door that lasts loud music on the weekends until 4AM, including on a Sunday night, which can be heard in the hallways and your suite. Good luck getting any sleep while ghe music is blasting!
- I was told that the windows in the building are soundproofed, however, this is not the case. The window in my bathroom didn't even close properly so you could hear everything from outside.
- the safe inside my room would not close, there was something wrong with it so I had to use a key
- there is a restaurant on the main floor, the smell of the kitchen will make its way into your room if you keep your windows open
- my suite didn't have toilet paper when I checked in
- You'll have to purchase your own laundry detergent, shampoo and soap if you want to be clean and fresh during your stay
- hot water in the shower is hit and miss
Other than the above, this place is alright. The location is good and the bed was comfy. The front desk staff are nice

Good evening Vijay,We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay, the cash payment and security deposit is shown in our listing and you agreed to it when you made your reservation.You were very upset at check in because of the cash payment and you decided to rant about any and everything. But you are correct, we have a great staff, we have the best location because we are close to everything and we have a walkscore of 98. Our apts. are very comfortable and about half of the building has sound proof windows. You were asked not to open your bathroom window at check in because we had a tech close it and it needed to be fixed but it is hard to get workers in December. So you opened it and of course it did not close correctly. Even though you did not start your stay on the right foot because you did not read our policies when reserving, we hope you give us another chance in the future. We wish you the very best.

Posted 9 Dec 2022 on HotelsDisappointing stay. The room did not have all the amenities listed, for instance it was missing a coffee maker. The rest of the furniture was rather old, it may have been better before but not at the moment. Would not stay there again.

Hi Mark, thank you for your review. All of our apts have a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, they have stocked kitchens and our furniture is 2 years old. We have a great staff and the absolute best location with very comfy apts. Hope to see you back again soon... Best wishes.

Everything was wonderful, specially all the wonderful people who live in the building. I met the property manager who was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Staff is friendly. Everything is close by. I love staying here.
Cons: Possible cold showers. I'm not complaining because it's well stated in the ad. But the noise level is high
