"It is very well located in the Poblado area, accessible and close to many good tourist areas. The people are so friendly and very serviceable, excellent customer service orientation. In general the hotel physical plant is in good shape but need some renovation on the bathrooms of the junior suite room, need to replace the toilet as it is extremely low for elderly people, also the sink was completely loose. "First of all, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is great if you enjoy malls which I do. The room was clean and spacious enough but the view was into another building. Breakfast had somewhat of a variety, but could improve the bread options and 1 morning most foods contained meat which I don’t eat. My biggest recommendation is to improve the room’s WiFi."
