Fantastic property. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Location is in a quiet area but a short walk to the action. Room appeared recently renovated and was spacious. Pool/bar area was really nice. Included buffet breakfast had a decent amount of options.

Great spot within walking distance to many delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Staff was super helpful and friendly and rooms were very clean, although no hooks for towels anywhere which is minor but annoying. Pool is a bit cold and could use a few more loungers. Overall great stay.

If you like it on the quieter side then this is perfect. Honestly though it is on a quiet street and not safe to walk at night. During the day is fine. Easy walk to the metro. The staff are awesome and always willing to help

It was like an all exclusive resort if it had more guest it would a lot of fun. The pool was closed for all day monday and Tuesday until noon because of water isues i think plus for some reason the clean the pool in the morning not at night. I like to swim with breakfast but i still will stay there again

Windowless private room with awful moldy smell. Didn't seem like a very social hostel and the few tours they offered were overpriced. It was also pretty loud, not because people were rowdy but just because there wasn't very good noise insulation. The other side of the main road (calle 10) seems like a better location with more restaurants. All the staff were very friendly though.

Nice bar/restaurant, a decent breakfast, it had the basics and scrambled eggs. But we were a bit disappointed after reading other reviews. The room didn't have windows and was therefore muggy and had some mold present in the bathroom. The furniture was pretty dinged up and we were given a room facing the street which was under construction overnight. Not bad overall, but we paid hotel prices for what was a private room in a hostel and very much felt like that.

Close enough to Poblado you can walk but just tucked away that you don’t get all the noise. Staff are all fantastic. Everyone is so chill and laidback and it’s very easy to have a few drinks by the pool every night chatting to other guests.
