This property was great I really appreciate it how Virginia took care of us and gave us all the information we needed. Service was exceptional and everything was so clean. The pool is beautiful, hot tub was hot and they even have a steam room with eucalyptus oil

My experience was terrible .I got glass particles in my drink .I showed it to staff and they accepted same ,after investigating they told me it’s due to same present in kitchen with fruits .I was told to give my refund of stay after I demanded same due of such bad services which they acknowledged but have not updated any status of refund and I was communicated that I will get mail from GM but it’s been now more than 4 days I have not got any mail from GM .I still have samples with me .

Infrastructure is amazing and well kept, but location is not the best. To compensate that you should have great service at least, which they failed big time. The room was not cleaned properly, towels were never available, coffee never replaced. Breakfast buffett service was slow and bad. Every day had to ask for cutlery, coffee took an eternity to arrive, just one person making omelettes was not enough. Room was ok, bathroom old but ok. Airconditioner not cold enough.
