La atención y la ubicación son excelentes. El servicio de habitación no refleja el alto costo de la misma,No proveen de artículos de tocador ni su suficientes toallas, se limitan a un jabón y un gorrito de ducha para una estadía de 7 noches. Very nice hotel, everybody that works at the hotel is absolutely proud to work there. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in any hotel in Medellín. Their restaurants offer excellent variety, also good proportion price/quality. I would like to congratulate Carlos the coffee server at the restaurant who made our breakfast time a very special moment every morning.

The staff was welcoming and answered any questions we had. They were very accommodating. The rooms were cleaned and had a good view. The beds were comfortable, each room had AC. The breakfast buffet was a Plus during our stay, the food was delicious there!
