Very friendly staff who spoke adequate English. Great location within 5 minute walk of Poblado Metro station and 10 minute walk of Lleras Park. The hotel can book you a taxi within a few minutes. Nice breakfast. Rooms were simple but very clean. Overall good value for the price of the room.
Only minor complaint would be the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit hit and miss. I assume this was down to being on the limit of the router range in our room as connection was fine in the lobby area.

This hotel is in a good location, close to the zona rosa del Poblado, the área around the hotel at night May be a little scary, but it is safe.

I wish the wifi was better but everything else was great. The food was great. Near the train and nightlife. The staff was nice.
