Nothing works. staff couldnt care less

Pros: upstairs hammocks and location.
- Was put in the wrong private room we booked.
- air con and fan broke with no replacement or option to move to other rooms
- Internet didnt work 90% of the time due to too many people (if this is always a problem...buy another router)
- No hot water
- Staff were very unfriendly and let their apathy show when they were asked questions or when we needed help.

Relaxed hostal in Great bario.

Some Beds have a light, fan, electricity and a shutter for privacy. Showers warm
Breakfast was simple and during my stay lot of wifi problems.
