Well located. Convenient. The facilities have seen better days. The hotel has no decoration or character. The rooms are drab, clean and large, but you get the feeling of a hospital room. The dining room is great for breakfast, but unwelcoming for dinner and drinks. At 7:30 pm most of the dining room chairs were on top of the tables for cleaning the floors. The message: “go away, we are busy cleaning”. Remarkably it was open, but unless you can’t walk to the shipping center next to it, you’d never want to eat there. They don’t put Kleenex in the rooms… There is direct access to the shopping center, but the security lock is broken, so anyone can walk into the hotel through the second floor away from any security and go to any room as the elevator has no security.

The location is right along two main roads. Quite noisy in the daytime. Most staff cannot speak English, making communication really challenging. The perks in the room are quite scarce. The building might need updating for furniture, fixture, and shower space. The check-in process took too long. Food was pretty good.

One huge advantage of this hotel is the connection to Oviedo mall. Shopping, food options and Juan Valdez coffee is easily available. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast is very good. This was our second stay and we would return.
