"This property was great I really appreciate it how Virginia took care of us and gave us all the information we needed. Service was exceptional and everything was so clean. The pool is beautiful, hot tub was hot and they even have a steam room with eucalyptus oil"

"It is very well located in the Poblado area, accessible and close to many good tourist areas. The people are so friendly and very serviceable, excellent customer service orientation. In general the hotel physical plant is in good shape but need some renovation on the bathrooms of the junior suite room, need to replace the toilet as it is extremely low for elderly people, also the sink was completely loose. "We had a family vacation at Viaggio Medellin back in October 2024 and all the staff were very polite, attentive in every way but the one that went above and beyond was the guest member from the bar, Alonso. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of places to visit, eat and drink around Antioquia, Medellin, he was very attentive to us the whole time we stated at the hotel and even recommended us some tours. We are very greatful to know him and because of him we had the most wonderful time in Medellin. "
