Autenthico Provenza Hotel Medellin

3.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (3)
"The property doesn’t have a/c. I’m told there are 2 fans, but they were already being used. No hair dryer in the room. No bathroom door at all. The check in process was cumbersome and took longer than usual. The lady who took care of us was very sweet though, I have no complaints about her at all, she was great. We were on the 3rd floor I believe, and there are only stairs. If this place was more budget friendly, I would’ve gave it 3 and a half stars"

"We stayed at this property for a weekend, but honestly I wish we would have stayed more. The host was extremely helpful the ENTIRE trip. Anytime we needed something, he made sure we got it. He even helped us plan out tours and was beyond hospitable! I'll definitely be staying here again when I return! "
