El personal de cafeteria muy atento, preparese para la musica hasta las tres de la mañana. El aseo no fue bueno la habitacion tenia cabello en el piso y el cable funcionaba por momentos.

Spent money on a room for a week in advance, I could not sleep at all due to an alarm that kept going off, I told staff but obviously they did not fix, I recommend no one spending money in advance, no refunds. Therefore, a hard pass & a waste of money!

Excelente locations you can find food, entertainment anytime. The room is simple but excellent for the price. The breakfast is typical and complete.

This is a good hotel for the price, and the area is perfect if you want to party. Staff are very nice, but don't expect 5 star, if you are not paying for 5 staff. There is no air con, but it was fine with the windows open and fan. They clean the room each day and it's free breakfast. Regular staff don't speak Engilsh, but were happy to use translators. Internet is very good.

Posted 16 Oct 2019 on HotelsPosetive. Room was clean,big and well lite. Negative and must important,NO WIFY, i was told because too mamy people in the hotel and because it was raining,not true. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom mirror if you are a short person, can't see yourself, the worst type of toilet i ever seen. Not a single wall unit or board in the bathroom ot bedroom to put your stuff. No mirrors in the bedroom..this was room 504.i was given another room after i complainted,404 again, toilet sear was loose and no wall units at all. I will be happy to check all your rooms for you and give you a list of what they need. The personell understood my situation and did their best to solve the
Problem. And room #404 .better fix the bathroom slidind door and room 504 the toilet seat loose and very hard to flush.

Posted 8 Jul 2019 on Hotelsupon arrival there were 3 employees at the front desk but they said i did not have a reservation with them I had to call hotels.com to fix the issue it took more than 30 mins for them to let me in, they were then doing shift change and said for me to wait so that they can proceed with the check in process. they finally gave me a room but it was on 4 floor and no working elevator, the room was not as clean as one should expect, the rooms are very small and outdated, the following day when i was going to check out they said i owed the price of the night and again i Had to wait until they confirmed about 20 mins later that it was already paid for

There was a computer problem but the staff worked with me and got me a room. Everybody was calm patient and very nice.
