The property was spacious and the owner was very friendly, accessible and accommodating. The apartment however was dated and needed renovations, especially to the bathrooms. Hot water pressure was low in my shower. We heard loud music from outside well past midnight. The city view that had been posted was actually the view of the busy street.

Not A/C only fans. The shower door was not working: stuck and noisy. Owner informed about since first day, but issued not solved along the stay (5 days). Pro: mr Jorge is very kind and communicative

Las habitaciones cuenta con ventiladores de techo y ventiladores de mesa , la puerta de la ducha se le arreglo inmediatamente .
Sentimos mucho su inconformidad .

Good location, safe neighborhood. clubs and restaurants right outside the building. Plenty of space for a great price.
