Free shuttle to the airport although it only runs every couple of hours. You can pay a small fee

Clean Rooms and Amazing Staff
Posted 9 Jun 2024 on HotelsMy family and I have stayed at the D’prima Hotel 5 times and we keep coming back for the fantastic staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the rooms are perfect for big families like ours. What really sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff. Every single person, from the shuttle driver to the bellhop and restaurant servers to the front desk, is incredibly kind and helpful. They always go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We've had some stressful trips with six kids and a lot of luggage, but the staff made it all so easy for us. If you're in Medan and need a place near the airport, I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are simple and clean, and the staff is simply amazing.

Pleased with our quick stay at the Prime Plaza
Posted 25 May 2023 on HotelsWe stayed one night at the Prime Plaza. They transported the four of us and our three surfboard bags to and from the hotel in a van for a decent price. The hotel room was clean had everything we needed. We had four twin beds. The restaurant had good service and food.
