I check in on Tuesday 11/26/24 and was assigned room 414. The clerk was not quite surly, but defiantly NOT welcoming. The room was very clean and nice. The hotel was NOT anywhere close to being full. I would estimate it was about 1/2 full based on the number of cars in the lot. At about 3am on Thursday (Thanksgiving day) my room developed a ceiling leak over the bed. After calling the front desk, I was moved to a SMALLER room. The was no apology for the problem, and when checking out on Friday 11/29 I asked to see if I could be comped for 1 day ( it was a 3 night stay). I was told the Manager had to decide that. I left my contact information, and was told the MGR would call me after 9am. It is now a day later, and still NO call, NO apology, and NO action taken. I do not like or appreciate being taken for granted as a guest I will NOT be using this hotel again
