We stayed 3 nights because we went to Hersheypark two days for my bday. We stayed around the back so the parking was close to the elevator and our room which was nice. The woman at check in was so nice and actually sent up balloons, snack bag and a bday card to the room which was above and beyond sweet! Our room was nice but the bathroom needed help. The wallpaper was stained and so was the bottom of the tub. The motor on the airconditioner was so loud we had to close the bathroom door and the double doors to the besroim to try to sleep! The bed abd pillows were comfy. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices. The rooms are not very soundproof. You can hear someones phone coversation and the TV through the door/walls. The hallway carpet and walls need updating badly.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to add USB ports in the rooms.

The place is run down, outdated and not maintained. There were stains on the curtains and carpets, mold in both showers, bugs in the light fixtures and a ridiculous amount of dust on the overhead fans. Im not quite sure how this place gets good reviews.

Toilet was covered in something black like soot, shower was broken, just torn off the wall. On top of it all (this is not hotel’s fault) there was no running water at all that night, and at 7AM fire alarm went on, and kept going for 30 minutes straight. No fire/smoke was detected, and they finally turned it off. No coffee was served in the morning. Ok, I understand no running water, but… could’ve used filtered water like other facilities in the area.

Thank you for your recent stay and feedback. We apologize that you experienced these types of issues during your stay. Unfortunately, the extended water outage due to the main break affected 45,000 businesses/residences (including our hotel) and made everything much for difficult. A child set off a pull-station in the hallway causing the fire alarm which was cleared by the fire department. Thank you for letting us know about the issues in your suite, as well. Those have been taken care of. I hope you'll give us another chance in the future, so you can experience what a typical stay in our hotel is like.

Great staff and pretty decent breakfast. The room was clean but the air conditioning took a while to work.
