It was unfortunately, at the end of the season and it was apparent. I’m sure everything is fine earlier in the season but there were a few relatively minor issues now.

The view from balcony is amazing. Room condition is terrible. No microwaves in the rooms.

We appreciate your response. Although we do not have microwaves in the rooms we do have some for guests to use. Other than the Microwaves, Please explain what is so terrible about our rooms.

I did not like that there were signs everywhere threatening extra charges. I understand people take advantage of hotels and steal towels etc but the agreement you sign while checking in that details charges for everything from pets to smoking in the room was more than sufficient. It is uncomfortable and not hospitable.

We apologize for any inconveniences that you may have had, but we do not have signs stating extra charges anywhere other than on the registration sheet. Please advise where you have encountered the extra signage and we will remove it. We have signs in the bathroom advising guest of the towels that should be in the room so if there are any missing the guest can let us know so we can give them the towels they need. We do not charge for extra towels or anything that the guests will need during their stay.
