We showed up to be told our room was given to someone already waiting 20 minutes before they had to go and see if any rooms were available

I'm very sorry about the confusion. We definitely did have a room for you! It was the desk clerk's first night alone and he was a little confused. I appreciate your understanding and hope you will give us the opportunity to accommodate you again in the future.

The staff are terrific and do a great job. The property is dated and some room fixtures are worn. The room we booked through Expedia was on the road side and it was very noisy from the traffic.

Ripped bedding. Cigarette burn on bed. Food in fabric of couch. Desk chair stained horribly. Spilled drink dried on desk. BUT THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL!

Not a hotel I would usually stay in. What it chose something else if I was in person. Hotel was OK and clean. It’s just older and is very noisy with paper thin walls. This would be last minute hotel pic for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful
