The Hydro has a yesterday charm; it’s inviting and for me a pleasure to stay when working away.
Food was not as good as the last time I stayed, but hoping that is just a blip.

An excellent stay in a quiet part of Eastbourne in an elegant hotel embracing traditional values. The breakfast was particular good as was the service provided.

I had a great stay staff were friendly the hotel was everything you need. the food was excelent on the evening and breakfast was lovely as well. I would be happy to stay here again.

Well situated for walking and getting into town
Posted 17 Oct 2024 on HotelsWe were there to walk 7 sisters and hotel conveniently situated. Public rooms were very large and pleasant. Breakfast was adequate and serving staff excellent. Couldn't reserve car parking but managed to find space on arrival and plenty of free street parking available.
Bedroom/bathroom was a bit tired but adequate. Had dinner in the hotel one night, plenty of choice and service good.
