The man at the was rude and not welcoming . I asked for a towel and washrag, but on my booking I put down 3 people for the room, when I tried to explain this to him he yelled at me. I would only recommend this place if you’re looking for horrible service.

Oh how I wish I could upload pics of the mold on the bathroom ceiling, the blackness on our feet from walking without shoes for 1 min in the hotel room on the floor. Had to call the office and go down there 2x to get help with how to turn the tv and cable box on. Paint peeling off the bath tub and toilet was not bolted down properly.
The bed was very comfortable and frame was nice. Good mattress cover so no bedbugs BUT all of the linens were stained and smelled of smoke.
Vending machine and washer/dryer where not operational.
It was ok for a quick needed stop but I’d. ever pay to stay here again.

On the website it says 24hr check in. If you need to check in after 12 am, just call ahead and let them know. Called in let the manager know we would be arriving late. Said that was okay. Get here at the time I spoke the manager about and was denied checkin. I don't even understand why I'm even able to write a review because I didn't check in. Mad props to the best Western 1 min down the road! They saved the day! My best friend and I are traveling alone and in a town we are not familiar with in the middle of the night. Thankfully best Western let us check in without a reservation. Don't book here if you are coming in late. Called the office on arrival and made us wait outside for 40 minutes and when they finally answerrd said they don't do check in between 3 am - 5 am. We arrived at 2 am, wehn they answered it was 2:45.

I reserved the room as i thought my original plans werent going to work out. Never tried to get a refund because i didnt pay the extra money to make sure i only got back some of my money and it is ALWAYS a hassle trying to get a refund. I cannot give a true review because i didnt stay.

Bed was clean and shower was hot but my feet were dirty again after walking around barefoot on the room. Hubby killed 3 roaches and the overall condition of the room wasn't great. You get what you pay for.
