We were disapointed with the front desk staff taking too long chatting with the people checking in ahead of us anout her hair treatments, she could have discussed that off the clock over coffee rather than making us wait 20 minutes after our long day.
The hotel could have communicated upon checking in that they were planning to shut off the water at the hotel but found out that it was more convinient for them to just be a surprise for the guest to find out at even when upon calling the front desk they knew exactly from what time frames the water would not be available. I found this whole experience to be very disapointing and frustrating as hell!

Great room, very clean and new. Only complaint on my part is I like it cool to sleep and the room would not get cool enough, but for the makority of people it would be fine. Great breakfast!

Extremely clean, secure, and convenient. With Wegmans on the ground floor and direct access to Capital One Center , our stay was just awesome!!

Superb hotel accommodation that we recommend for any travel type. The breakfast is excellent, the room is spacious, and the views/decor is very tasteful.
