washrooms in two different rooms were broken..hard time to take shower.

2 things: #1 the man who checked us in was a bit snarky, which I didn’t care for. #2 they had us put down a $25 deposit for our room keys and sign a form that we would return them. The next morning when we checked out I gave them the keys and they said I would get my $ back. As of today the charge has posted and the refund has not. Hopefully it will post soon, but… why did I have to do that?

I am so sorry your check-in experience wasn't to friendly. We will do our best to work on that. The 25 was the deposit for damages or can be use to purchase amenities throughout the hotel. We do not charge for room keys, those are free. When checking in you signed a registration form stating information regarding the 25 and the return process for the deposit. It will be refunded to your credit or debt card within 3-7 business days. You checked out on 10/26/24 which is a weekend. The refund process for your deposit should start tomorrow 10/28/2024. I hope this doesn't discourage you from booking with us with future stays. I hope this answered your question. Was perfect place but did have problems with the key card working. Had to have it redone then the next morning it wouldn’t work again.
