members had their room reservations mixed up and given to other members which could have resulted in an extra day charge for one couple. An identification procedure was not accurately followed...It was resolved but not without a hassle and time involved in the process. "

However, as were checking in, the front desk informed me that the pet- friendly only meant "service dogs". Obviously, we did not stay and told the front dest to cancel the reservation. We better not be charged for that stay. False advertising on the hotel amenities."
