All the staff I interacted with were very polite, friendly, and helpful. My room key didn't work at first when I checked in, but the front desk was quick to resolve it. Wood floors in the room I had were a little marked up, but was overall quite nice and clean. Shuttle service was readily available when I needed it, which I really appreciated. I'd say I was happy with my stay and again, upmost compliments to the staff.

A bit noisy since our room was situated above the kitchen…and we could smell the food cooking early in the morning

Really bad I had to call maintenance at almost 12 at night because there was a roach on my ceiling right over our beds, couldn’t sleep after that I kept feeling things crawling on me since then, when the front desk asked me at check out how was my stay and I said there was a roach I was told they will assure this won’t happen in the future and there was no compensation offered to me, like I would ever book a stay there again after that. If the unit had windows I could understand bugs but the room only had the entry door therefore that roach came from inside, horrible experience.
